Heidi Lombardi is a Branch Manager, Lombardi Mortgage Group at Pioneer Mortgage Funding Inc. She has been a licensed MLO for over 9 years. Her role at Pioneer Mortgage Funding allows her the support and breadth of a larger company while still having the wholesale rates and no junk fees as a broker. She works hard to get every buyer an awesome loan. She is supported by an amazing team whose shared goal is to provide you with VIP service. Heidi’s focus is on supporting her clients during the mortgage process with both professional advice and personal attention. She is able to offer a wide variety of competitive products including renovation, jumbo, VA, FHA, USDA and conforming loan products.

Heidi understands that every client has unique needs and with a wide array of mortgage products available, is able to help her clients find the best financing option. She has consistently been a top producer, reaching Winner’s Circle for all eligible production years.

Heidi is an XCO, a designation held by less than .5% of mortgage professionals nationwide. This designation reflects that Heidi has the four principles of success – Knowledge, Skills, Discipline and Ethics.

Heidi grew up in Tampa, FL as one of five children. She stayed local for college and attended USF where she earned dual masters degrees, an MBA and MS in Computer Science. She spent the first part of her career in product management positions.

Heidi has three children, a son and two daughters and two adorable fur babies – a goldendoodle and a miniature pincher.
